CLASSES

This recreational gymnastics class is split by age and level. These classes work on all 4 Olympic events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Additionally the children will be tested every 6 weeks to ensure they progress. These classes work on the fundamentals of gymnastic skills, while having fun!

USAEG Girls Development

Our preschool class will help your child develop large motor skills while working all events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. They enjoy our large foam pit, and trampoline activities too!

USAEG Preschool

Welcome to USAEG Hot Shots! This class is specifically designed for girls ages 5-7 who have a love for gymnastics. This is a great pre team group for those who may want to advance into Level 2 Team Gymnastics. This class does all 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor. This is by far our most popular class.

USAEG Hot Shots

In this class its preteen to teenage girls. The girls work on all 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. This class focuses on the fine tuning of elements while moving at a faster pace. It’s the only class happening in the 7:00 hour and the girls love the open gym! Advanced is another of our most popular classes!

USAEG Advanced Girls

Young gymnast will learn discipline, and structure - while preparing for team competition when they meet age requirements. Each Gymnast will participate in 90 minute classes 2 days out of the week per month. They will learn level 1 routines that will be performed at in house gym showcases. Get evaluated today!

Designed for little ones from walking age up to 3 years old, this class offers a special opportunity for parents and children to bond while exploring the basics of gymnastics. .
