USA Elite Gymnastics History

Jim is a member of the United States Elite Coaches Association and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Western Oregon State University. USAEG is recognized as one of the top training facilities for gymnasts in the western United States. USAEG began with just 12 students and has grown to what it is today. Over 900 gymnasts have qualified to Zone, State, Regional, National and International competitions. Our gymnasts have competed in California, Arizona, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, New York, Canada, France, Hungary, England,South Africa and Hong Kong. USAEG's gymnasts have appeared on ABC's Wide World of Sports and have been featured in local and national publications.

This year the head coach of USA Elite Gymnastics celebrates his 30^th year of coaching gymnastics. His commitment and dedication to our children and to the sport of gymnastics is proven through his coaching accomplishments as well as his many team accomplishments over the past 30 years. Jim has been coaching generations of families in the Valley. Many of the moms in our lobby came to USAEG when they were young, and have now brought their children here!

At USA Elite Gymnastics we are aware that you have choices where your children go for gymnastics training. Whether your child is at the pre-school age who might just beginning to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics to the competitive level learning gymnastic skills that amaze most of us. At any level USAEG is the right choice for your child. Gymnastics is about personal growth, personal success and personal development at all levels. When you first brought you child to USAEG you may not have been aware that your child was going to learn not only gymnastic skills, but many life skills including self-confidence, patience, self-esteem and social skills all while having fun!
